PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a proper rigidity by a pair of bridges while the intended brittleness is secured by through-holes. SOLUTION: A pair of seal ring parts 22 interposed between the side faces of a boss of piping and the head of a spill bolt and the mounting seat are integrally connected together by a coupling part 24 in approx. a channel form. At each corner part 28 of the coupling part 24, a through-hole 34 having a specified width L1 is formed in the center across the width, and a pair of bridges 36 are left on both sides of each hole 34.
