<p>Highly pure free-running rock- or common salt is prepd. from rock salt contg. up to 2.8% anhydrite and up to 0.6% kieserite by applying, by mixing, anti-agglomerating agents to the rock salt, in dry condition, heating to 40-120 (60-80) degrees C and exposing to action of a high-voltage electrostatic field e.g. 4 kb/cm). Anti-agglomerating agents are applied in amounts of 200-500 (250) g./t. rock salt, and pref. consist of powdery Ca phosphate, Na2CO3, MgO or MgCO3, or of Mg stearate, edible oil or linear fatty acids, partic. with 14, 16 or 18 C.</p> |
