SOLUTION: This device has a down (up) reception part 51 (71) for receiving the radio signal, down (up) CRC discriminating part 54 (74) for detecting CRC data contained in this radio signal and discriminating whether these CRC data show error information or not, down (up) CRC inverting part 59b (79b) for inverting all the bit data of these CRC data when the CRC data are discriminated as error information, down (up) adaptive CRC adding part 59 (79) composed of a down (up) CRC switching part 59c (79c) for selecting I data containing these inverted CRC data corresponding to a control signal from the down (up) CRC discriminating part 54 (74), and down (up) transmission part 62 (82) for repeating and transmitting the radio signal containing these inverted CRC data.
