<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an accurate air flow-rate signal by achieving an operation function in a heating resistor type air flowmeter, wiring an error in response characteristics into a circuit that can be electrically recorded, being disposed inside of heating resistor type air flowmeter in advance, and performing correction appropriately as needed. SOLUTION: The heating resistor type air flowmeter is constituted by an output circuit for outputting the signal of an operation circuit 1 by providing the operation circuit 1, a read only memory 7 for storing the program of the operation circuit 1, and a memory 8 that can be written electrically as needed at the later stage of a conventional electrical heating resistor type air flowmeter drive circuit 2.</p> |
