PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to judge the permission of visitor's passage by simple operation at the time of visitor's arrival. SOLUTION: When a visitor arrives at an entrance of a building, a custodian monitors an ITV camera 15, interacts with the visitor through interphones 19, 14, and at the time of judging the visitor as a person allowed to be entered, instructs the visitor to insert his (or her) own card into a card reader 8 to read out it. When the ID number of the card does not coincide with a registered ID number, the visitor's ID number is sent to card readers 8, 9 arranged at the entrances for permitting passage to store the ID number. Then the visitor allows the card readers 8, 9 to read out the card to unlock the electric locks 5a, 6a of respective doors 5, 6. |
