PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unit for stationary blade structure of turbine and a turbine stationary blade structure composed thereof so that a vane and a platform can be integrated without using adhesive or bolts or other means. SOLUTION: This stationary blade structure of gas turbine composed of a plurality of vanes and outside and inside platforms is manufactured by assembling units 2 having a vane 13, an outside platform piece 21, and an inside platform piece 22 in a circle, and wrapping and welding a tape 10 made of pre-preg reinforced fiber material on the outer periphery of the outside platform 21 and the inner periphery of the inside platform 22, respectively. Each unit 2 is made by laminating a plurality of pre-preg reinforced fiber materials. Further, the each unit 2 is composed of a core part made up with a web portion comprising the vane 13 and a flange portion integrally coupled to both ends of the web portion so as to comprise the outside and inside platform pieces 21, 22, and a skin part integrally formed with the core part. |
