PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition excellent in vulcanizing physical properties such as heat, weatherability and ozone resistance and tear strength and useful as automotive industrial parts by compounding an ethylene-α-olefin- polyene amorphous copolymer with an organic peroxide and a foaming agent. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of an ethylene-α-olefin-polyene amorphous copolymer in which the polyene is composed of at least one kind of a terminal vinyl group-containing norbornene compound represented by formula I [(n) is 0-10; R<1> is H or a 1-10C alkyl; R<2> is H or a 1-5C alkyl] or formula II (R<3> is H or a 1-10C alkyl) with (B) 0.001-0.05 mol of an organic peroxide and (C) 0.5-50 pts.wt. of a foaming agent. Furthermore, the molar ratio (ethylene/α-olefin) of the ethylene to the 3-20Cα-olefin is preferably within the range of (60/40) to (80/20) of the component A and the iodine value thereof is preferably within the range of 0.5-50, etc.
