PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretch packaging resin film excellent in transparency and gloss and also excellent in packaging aptitude such as flexibility, deformation recovery properties or the like. SOLUTION: A stretch packaging film consists of an A-layer and a B-layer and the A-layer is composed of a resin compsn. layer comprising a propylene/α- olefin random copolymer having physical properties 1-5 wherein (1) MFR is 0.5-20 g/10 min., (2) the temp. [Tm] of a fusion peak is 100-145 deg.C, (3)α-olefin content [E] (mol.%) is within a range represented by formula 140-[Tm]}/10.2<=[E]<= 160-[Tm]}/2.6, (4) extraction quantity measured by temp. rising elution fractionation(TREF) is 2 wt.% or less at 40 deg.C or lower, 5 wt.% or less at 50 deg.C or lower and 20 wt.% or less at 60 deg.C or lower and (5) a Q value is 1.0-4.0. The layer B is a resin compsn. layer comprising an ethylene polymer with a density of 0.920 g/cm<3> or less and a Q-value of 6 or less.
