PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant restrictive and protective device for vehicle which can increase the consciousness of the seat belt installation to occupants. SOLUTION: When a control signal to show that the tongue of a seat belt is not installed to a buckle is input from a buckle connecting condition detector 15, and a control signal to show that the speed of a vehicle is 0 km/h, that is, the vehicle is running, is input from a speed sensor 16, an alarm lamp 18 is lighted, and furthermore, the power source feeding to a sound device for music 27, and to a car room heating and cooling device 31, is stopped. |
