PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the operation information of all air-conditioner when failure in the air-conditioner to be monitored is detected or predicted when the failure is detected or predicted. SOLUTION: A system is provided with a monitoring device 13 that stops the reading of an operation state when the detection or the prediction of failure in an air-conditioning device is recognized by reading operation information regarding the operation state from a plurality of air-conditioners 11A, 11B, and 11C while successively updating the information and a central-monitoring device 14 for remotely monitoring the air-conditioners 11A, 11B, and 11C by reading the above failure is detected or predicted by starting communication with the monitoring device 13 from the point when the failure is detected or predicted. The monitoring device 13 continues stopping reading the operation information from all the air-conditioners 11A, 11B, and 11C until the central- monitoring device 14 reads the operation information of all the air-conditioners at a point when the above failure is detected or predicted. |
