PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmission system, its method and recording medium capable of accurately and quickly transmitting required information. SOLUTION: When a change is generated in required information within a fixed period T2, a transmitter transmits both of a packet including the change (y) and the same packet as a packet of a change (x) which was transmitted in the preceding time and its answer has not received yet to a receiver. The receiver returns the same packet as the packet of which reception has succeeded. The transmitter repeatedly transmits the packet of which answer has not been received yet until the receiver receives the packet and its answer is returned. |
