PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unauthorized use of electronic data by issuing an electronic data recording medium which has the body information of an owner of the electronic data and his or her electronic signature and testing the electronic signature to confirm the owner of the electronic data. SOLUTION: A body information inputting part 143 of an electronic identification card testing part 140 reads the body information of the owner of an electronic identification card 100 through a body information input device 122 and an electronic signature testing part 144 confirms if the card 100 expires and tests an electronic identification card authentication station electronic signature 103 of the card 100. A body information testing part 146 tests whether the body information 102a read by the part 143 matches the body information 102 of the card 100 and confirms the owner of the electronic data. Thus, unauthorized use of electronic data is prevented.
