PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording method enabling production of high- quality color filters with a reduced color irregularity. SOLUTION: According to this method for manufacturing a color filter, an ink is discharged to a substrate while an ink-jet head having a plurality of nozzles is relatively scanned to the substrate, thereby coloring each pixel in a plurality of scans. The method comprises a discharge amount measurement process (S12-S14) wherein an ink discharge amount of each of the plurality of nozzles is measured, and a nozzle selection process wherein which of the plurality of nozzles is to be used is selected at each of the plurality of scans on the basis of the ink discharge amount of each nozzle obtained in the discharge amount measurement process.
