Net curtains - forming pattern by supplying weft yarn and displacing transversely to supply direction and needle motion

Net curtains with a pattern formed by weft yarns are produced in that the effect producing weft yarns are supplied in pattern sequence to the needles on the side facing away from the knitted curtains and in a plane extending at right angles to the plane of the curtains, whereby the weft yarns are laid by movement which takes place at right angles to the direction of supply of the yarn and displacement of the knitting needles. Candlewick yarns can be used irrespective of needle pitch.
