<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance drivability by shortening gear shifting actuation time at the time of kick-down actuation. SOLUTION: This shift control device 100 for an automatic transmission is equipped with a shifting means for each step of gear shift means 60 setting a target step of gear shifting based on a shift map 60a, an output restraining means 70 reducing engine power based on the output of the setting means for each step of gear shift means 60, a shift control means 30 which shifts to the target shift stage after restraining control for engine power is started, an accelerator opening detection means 50 detecting an accelerator opening, and with a down-shift decision means 80 which directs the execution of down-shift to the output restraining means 70 and the shift control means 30 in preference to the shift control based on the shift map 60a when the variation of the accelerator opening is greater than a set value.</p> |
