PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently exert a buffer effect to an impact without weakening a mechanical strength in a buffer apparatus which prevents the strong impact, e.g. when a hooked member falls off the hook and hits the other member. SOLUTION: A printer case 21 set at an electronic blackboard is constituted of a supporting case (fixed member) 24 and a paper storage case (movable member) 25. The paper storage case 25 is mounted rotatably to the supporting case 24 to open downward centering a support shaft 0. A belt-like coupling member 35 of thermoplastic urethane elastomer is hung between the cases 24 and 25. When the paper storage case 25 which is closed normally is opened, the coupling member 35 is stretched thereby stopping the opening of the paper storage case 25 and holding the case. The coupling member 35 is extended in a stretch direction by its strong elasticity and absorbs an impact at the time. |
