PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely position a laser diode and a photodiode of a light receiving/emitting element and a hologram element. SOLUTION: For positioning the laser diode 2 and photodiode PD housed in a package 4 and the hologram element 5 joined to the upper part of the package 4, markings 11 and 12 are performed beforehand on a photodiode IC 3 and the hologram element 5 respectively, and by making these both markings 11 and 12 coincide with and correspond to each other, they are positioned. |
