<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and efficiently supply power without being affected by position fluctuation from a power generation equipment power transmission terminal to a ground-side power transmission/reception terminal, which fluctuates upward/downward/rightward/leftward by installing a position fluctuation absorption mechanism in a transmission means positioned in a water part between the ground-side power transmission/reception terminal and a floating plant. SOLUTION: The coil-like overhead transmission line 7a of a position fluctuation absorption mechanism formed in a coil form is added between the floating- side steel tower 5 of a floating plant 1-side and the ground-side iron steel 6 of a ground-side power transmission/reception terminal 2. The coil-like overhead transmission line 7a is connected to the floating-side power transmission/ reception terminal 8 and the ground-side power transmission/reception terminal 9. Then, power is transmitted in the coil-like overhead transmission line 7a through the respective transmission/reception terminals 8 and 9. Thus, stress against a cable, which occurs by the position fluctuation of the floating plant 1, can be absorbed. Thus, it is not necessary to give the loose degree of the transmission line to be long and to take width between phases to be wide.</p> |
