摘要 The apparatus has a shrouding (1) moved by activators (18) and is under pressure through an opening (13) at its peak. The moving shrouding allows a filter paper to slide between it, the grid (2) and an O-ring seal (3). The liquid to be filtered is fed into the shrouding through a fixed or mobile funnel (14) with a valve (4), into an opening (5). The valve maintains the shrouding sealing, while it is under pressure. The liquid for filtering is forced under the pressure of a compressed gas through the filter paper and grid (2), to be caught in a vessel (6) as a funnel fitted with an opening (12) to a spigot (7) which maintains the pressure in the vessel and can pass the filtered liquid through the T- or Y-branch (8). The T- or Y-branch can divert the filtered liquid to a beaker or flask (10), through a valve (9) which rejects contaminated filtered liquid or the contaminants at the start and end of the filtration, operated by level sensors (16,17). The filtered liquid returns through one of the T- or Y-branches to the vessel through a T-branch (15), at the level of the table (11) supporting the O-ring (3) and grid. An injection of compressed gas can be made through the T-branch towards the beaker or vessel, through the T or Y and valve, to clear the connecting pipes and avoid contamination of the following filtration. The spigot (7) and T over the liquid level raise the filtered liquid at the end of filtration. A level sensor (17) registers the min. liquid level in the outflow funnel (14), and a level sensor (16) registers the end of filtration. The grid is of hardened steel with a minimum resistance of 120 kg/mm<2>, with equidistant perforations at intervals of their half diameter, where the perforation diameter does not exceed 4 mm. The valves, the T or Y and the opening (5) have the same passage diameter as the connecting pipes. The activators (18) are pneumatic pistons with a pull action through a pneumatic or electromechanical force, located on one side of the table or the other.
