PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light intensity modulated laser device wherein, being combination of a solid laser device and a modulation element, output characteristics is stabler than previous combination, allowing further reduction in size. SOLUTION: A stimulation light L1 from a light source 1 allows a solid laser device 2 to emit laser light L2. The laser light L2 passes a light intensity modulation element 3 and outputted from the device 2 as laser light L3 which is modulated in intensity. Further, a part light L31 of the outputted laser light L3 is detected with a photo-detector 4 for measuring average intensity, and a control part 5 controls the output of the light source 1 so that fluctuation of output L32 may be smaller based on the measuring result. |
