<p>A ceramic sheet having a uniform quality over the entire surface thereof and few defective spots such as foreign matters and flaws, that is, not more than five defective spots, which are detected based on an image obtained by using a CCD camera, per section obtained by dividing the sheet into sections having sides each not longer than 30 mm. A method of mass-producing the above high-quality ceramic sheet, wherein a green sheet or a calcined sheet practically consisting of spherical ceramic particles not smaller than 0.1 νm and smaller than 5 νm in average diameter is used to reduce a frictional resistance between a green sheet for baking and a spacer.</p> |
