<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a proper irradiation of a moving obstacle such as a walker on a moving way of a vehicle by irradiating a position of moving obstacle when there is highly possibly the obstacle, and controlling an outer lighting device to irradiate the position when the obstacle is detected. SOLUTION: A moving obstacle detection means 5 detects the position, moving direction and speed of an obstacle such as a walker according to the temperature of moving obstacle, e.g. the body temperature of walker and the detected results are input to a controller 3. A route environment detection means 9 detects the shape of a foregoing road, the posture of self vehicle, facility on the route, crossings, and existence of foregoing vehicles or vehicles running in the opposite direction to input the detection results to a controller 3 via a moving obstacle prediction means 7. The controller 3, when it determines that there is less possibility of exsistence of walker or the like on the route, allows an outer lighting device 1 to irradiate normally, and when it determines that there is a high possibility, it allows the device 1 to irradiate the position where there is a possibility of contacting with a walker, and further when the walker is detected, the position thereof is irradiated with light thereby.</p> |
