<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely track and regulate a vehicle exceeding the speed limit while changing freely the regulating places by photographing the static image of a measured vehicle, transmitting the photographing information by radio and specifying the measured vehicle to regulate it by another vehicle. SOLUTION: This system includes a monitoring vehicle 1 which has a mounted speed monitoring/recording device 10 to monitor and record the running speed of a measured vehicle 3 in its self-traveling state and a regulating vehicle 2 which runs ahead of the vehicle 1 and actually regulates the vehicle 3 (exceeding the speed limit) that is specified by the radio signals sent from the vehicle 1. That is, the vehicle 1 detects in its self-traveling state the speed of the vehicle 3 which is running on a road. Then the vehicle 1 photographs a static image of the vehicle 3 as necessary and transmits this photographing information by radio. Meanwhile, the vehicle 2 receives the static image by radio from the vehicle 1 to specify the vehicle 3 and regulates the vehicle 3 at its desired place while running ahead of the vehicle 1 when the vehicle 3 gets close to the vehicle 2.</p> |
