Vehicular air conditioner for independent temperature control of division spaces inside motor vehicle

The air conditioner consists of a first ventilation flue and a second ventilation flue for blowing off air individually to first air conditioning space and a second air conditioning space formed by a division of the in-vehicle space. The temperature control of the first and second air conditioning spaces are independently performed according to the air blown off from the respective ventilation flues. A ventilation air blower is provided to perform the ventilation to the in-vehicle space through both the ventilation flues. A first outlet or mode switching door (5) is provided to change the opening of the first ventilation flue and switch over the outlet mode of the first air conditioning space by being displaced. A second outlet or mode switching door (6) of form nearly identical to the first is provided to change the opening of the second ventilation flue and switch over the outlet mode of the second air conditioning space by being displaced. The position of the second outlet switching door is shifted from that of the first such that the pressure losses of both the ventilation flues may be balanced.
