A tension mechanism (1) operates a pump to which a fluid reservoir (3) is connected. The pump (2) draws fluid from the reservoir, which is then finely sprayed by the spraying device (4). The spraying device is provided with a swirl component, which creates a fine micro-mist. The pump is of the pre-compression type and the reservoir is a collapsible container.
