摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep excellent low iron loss, high magnetic flux density and to improve fatigue property by including C, Si, Mn, P, N, Al, S and Ca in equal to or below a specific ratio and the balance substantially Fe. SOLUTION: A non-oriented silicon steel sheet containing by weight <=0.005% C, <=4.0$% Si, 0.05-1.5% Mn, <=0.2% P, <=0.005% N, 0.1-1.0% Al, <=0.0009% S and 0.0005-0.005% Ca and the balance substantially Fe is provided. Excellent fatigue property is attained by controlling S to <=0.0009% and adding Ca. This is considered to be because MnS, which becomes the initiation site of the fatigue crack, is decreased when S is reduced and Ca causes the decrease of a coarse cluster like interposed material and makes the shape spherical. At least one of Sb and Sn is preferably incorporated by 0.001-0.05% in (Sb+Sn)/2 to attain more excellent low iron loss.
