PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a metallized film capacitor, wherein the productivity of the film take-up process is improved, the dispersion of the capacity and the reduction of the capacity in the heating and aging process are reduced, and furthermore the operating performance of the self-protecting function at high temperature can be improved. SOLUTION: Double-sided metallized polypropylene films A, in which sputtered films 2a and 2b are formed on both surfaces of polypropylene films 1 are formed, and polypropylene films 4, wherein corona-discharge processing layers 5a and 5b are formed on both surfaces, are mutually overlapped and arranged. Metallikon parts 6 are formed on both side surfaces thereof. A dividing part and a passing part 3 are provided at a deposition film 2a at one surface of the double-surface metallized polypropylene film A, and is given self- protecting function. The wettability of the surface of a corona-discharge processing layer 5a of the polypropylene film 4 is made larger than the wettability of the surface of the corona-discharge processing layer 5b. The corona-discharge processing layer 5b having smaller wettability and the sputtered film 2a, for which the self-protecting function of the double-surface metallized polypropylene film A is given, are made to face each other. |
