Described is a device (5) for lifting annular articles (21), in particular magnetic tape wound on disc-shaped spools, the device being made up of two single-piece halves, each of which comprises a handle element (6) and an element (7) designed to be inserted into the article, the two halves being linked together by a lever-operated connector (17). The device is easy to manufacture and to operate and is suitable for use with any disc-type or tape-type data-recording or other recording medium, such as magnetic discs, CDs, magnetic-tape spools and film spools (21). |
