PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily provide a desired output data by avoiding the stagnation of output data on a paper eject tray as much as possible. SOLUTION: The ID number of a recipient and printing time Tn corresponding to the ID number are previously registered and when facsimile data are received, an ID number added to the received data is discriminated. The number of preserved data is acquired and the received data or the like are preserved in a RAM (S11→S12→S13→S14). Afterwards, when the facsimile data are not received any more, a number (n) of registered data is initialized (S11→S15), afterwards, the number (n) of registered data is incremented just by '1' (S16) and when it becomes the printing time Tn corresponding to an ID number Idn and there are preserved data, the correspondent received data are printed (S17→S18→S19). Next, the printed data are erased from the RAM, a number Cy of preserved data is decremented and said processing is repeated back to S18.
