<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus constituted of a high pressure air-ejecting nozzle part and the flange part integrally molded along with an attaching outer cylindrical part, an attaching outer cylindrical part, capable of corresponding to various articles to be washed and used in a fixed system. SOLUTION: A nozzle part N and an attaching outer cylindrical part O are simply fixed to a flange part F and, if both of them are integrally molded so as not to require fixing, attaching labor is omitted. Since the high pressure in an article to be washed is sealed by pressure seal plates 16a, 16b, the pressure-resistant strength of a washing apparatus or the like can be reduced. The caliber of the high pressure air passage of the fine hole 12 of a buffle plate 11 is made narrow on its inlet side and made wide on its jet orifice side and a spiral groove is formed to the inner wall of the passage and, further, since a peeled substance control plate is disposed in the vicinity of the fine hole, ejected high pressure air generates a turblent flow on the surface of a bonded substance, the bonded substance is perfectly peeled from the inner wall of the passage. Since the flange fixing surface of the outer cylinder of the attaching outer cylindrical part O is formed into a flat or curved shape, this apparatus can correspond to various articles to be washed.</p> |
