<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating humidity conditioning material which enhances the humidity conditioning action of charcoal, and insulates the heat and conditions the underfloor humidity by a single execution. SOLUTION: A heat insulating humidity conditioning device is provided with charcoal 1 crushed into a prescribed size, a foamed heat insulating body 2 formed by sticking a plurality of chip-shaped foam chip bodies 2a together into a prescribed size with cement 2b used as an adhesive, and a gas permeable bag 4 used as a storage body for storing a heat insulating humidity conditioning material which is formed by mixing the foamed heat insulating body 2 and the charcoal 2. The prescribed quantity of the charcoal 1 and the foamed heat insulating body 2 are mixed in the bag 4 respectively.</p> |
