The frequency range equalization method provides the amplitude and phase difference between the microphone signals for each microphone pair of the microphone array (M1,..Mn), after transformation into the frequency range, at spaced intervals during speaking, for adjusting the frequency range equalization correction factors. An Independent claim for a frequency range equalization device is also included.
