Process which consists of four stages, each one of which has a different purpose, although they are all required to achieve perfect operation of the system. These stages are: 1) arrangement of a ceramic piece 6 by means of which air circulation, which removes the moisture, is generated; 2) arrangement of four copper and lead cables along the piece, which interact in the capillary removal of the water; 3) formation of a first cell 3 for condensation of the capillary-action gases, entraining the moisture towards the ceramic piece; and 4) formation of a second cell 4 of smaller section for escape of the capillary-action gases. <IMAGE>
