According to the invention, the capacities or resources available for the transmission of useful data are optimally utilized with regard to an improved spectral efficiency and/or to an improved performance. In both the TDD-mode and in the FDD-mode, a code plane which is expanded by a code (C1...C8) and which is provided for services to be transmitted over, the respective telecommunications connection can be dynamically allocated in a time-slot pair reserved for at least one given telecommunications connection.
