A method and a system for mediating a program for insurance clients are provided to allow an insurance company to easily secure insurance clients, provide a client program to program users and insurance clients and continuously maintain the client program such that the program users and the insurance clients use the program without paying additional cost. A method for mediating a program for insurance clients includes a step in which an insurance company(100) receives the program from a program intermediary(200) using a terminal(S502), a step in which the terminal provides the program to a server of a program user(S503), a step in which the program user mediates online such that insurance contract between an insurance client and the insurance company is concluded, a step in which the insurance contact is concluded online between the insurance client and the insurance company(S505), a step in which the server of the program user requests the program intermediary to install the program(S506), and a step in which the intermediary provides functions to the server of the program user to activate the program(S507).
