PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conjugated diolefin-based copolymer rubber having good processability even in any blends of a carbon black blend and a silica blend, having simultaneously improved abrasion resistance, fracture characteristics, low hysteresis loss and wet skid characteristics, and usable as a material, for a tire thread for a low fuel consumption tire, a large tire and a high quality tire. SOLUTION: This conjugated diolefin-based copolymer rubber is a copolymer of a conjugated diolefin and an aromatic vinyl compound, has 0.0025-0.20 mmol/ g-copolymer rubber of the content of an amino group binding to the rubber, 5-30 wt.% of the content of a polymerization unit of an aromatic vinyl compound, >=55 mol.% of the content of a vinyl-bond (the content of 1,2-bond and 3,4-bond) in the polymerization units of the conjugated diolefin part or 30-50 wt.% of the content of the polymerization unit of the aromatic vinyl compound, and 25-55 mol.% of the content of the vinyl bond in the polymerization unit at the conjugated diolefin part, and has a polymodal type molecular weight distribution measured by a GPC. |
