A method for supplying real estate transaction information through communication network, a system of a computer recording medium are provided to obtain information about real estate of a transaction object. A real estate trading information providing system(100) communicates with a user terminal(110) and an agent terminal(120). An interface unit(130) provides a graphic user interface needed for transmitting and receiving data relating to the real estate transaction. A control unit controls the interface unit and the flow of data between a processing unit and a database management unit. A processor processes transaction information based on data transmitted through an interface unit.
