The invention relates to devices for physical and chemical analysis of metals and alloys and can be utilized for express analysis. The device for controlling the alloy composition by means of the thermal electromotive force method comprising a mobile cold electrode connected to the registration unit, additionally comprises a unit for the mobile electrode travel on the alloy controlled sample surface. The technical result of the invention consists in heating up the mobile electrode during its travel on the controlled sample and scanning the sample along its full length. Claims: 1 Fig.: 1
