PURPOSE:To restrain generation and growth of partial break away generated on the corner parts between blades and a shroud as far as possible. CONSTITUTION:This centrifugal fan is provided with a hub 9 connected to the rotary shaft 2a of a fan motor 2, a shroud 10 which is opposed to the hub 9 and provided with a suction port 11 on the center part, and many blades 12,... arranged between the outer circumferential parts of the hub 9 and the shroud 10 at regular intervals in the circumferential direction. Rounded corner part 13 with radius of curvature of which radius becomes larger going from the suction side toward the blow out side is provided on the corner part between the negative pressure face 12a of each blade 12 and the shroud 10. |
