PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marking device for medical use capable of accurately recognizing the target part of a lesion part or the like even under the condition of accompanying bleeding at the time of incision. SOLUTION: A silicon substrate 2 is provided with a coil 3 for receiving electromagnetic waves from the outside, an oscillation circuit or the like for activating oscillation by high frequency signals induced at the coil 3 and an electric circuit for controlling the light emission of an LED 4 as a light emitting element, a sheet-like battery 6 is attached to the back surface of the silicon substrate 2 and they are integrally sealed with sealing resin 8. Also, a pawl part 9 to be locked to the lesion part or the like is provided on the back surface of the battery 6 by the sealing resin 8. By impressing the electromagnetic waves by an activation element from the outside, the oscillation circuit is activated by AC signals induced at the coil 3, the LED 4 is made to flicker by the output and the position of this locked marking device for the medical use is visually and accurately recognized even under the condition of accompanying bleeding at the time of the incision. |
