The system of flow control consists of a rotor (1), which is fitted with a series of detaching cutters. The rotor is mounted on a fixed beam (5), which carries two rows of teeth: the front primary teeth (6), which recycle the product in the hopper, and the second row (7), downstream of the front row, and which take off the product before its movement into the spreader. The front row of teeth are mounted on a shaft (12) and are retractable.
