SUBSTANCE: method includes selective intra-arterial chemotherapy by catheterization of stomach artery using percutaneous puncture of femoral artery; introduction into stomach artery of complex chemical preparations in 20-% solution of glucose; operative intervention; additional treatment of abdomen cavity with cytostatics in powdery form immobilized on solid sorbent manually for 5-10 min. Cytostatic is used in the form of fluorouracil and adriablastin, and sorbent is used in the form of polymethylsiloxane. Course dose of cytostatics is increased by factor of two.
