PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide regenerative type heat pump air conditioning equipment which achieves a stable operation by eliminating imbalance during the regeneration of heat. SOLUTION: In this regenerative type heat pump air conditioning equipment which comprises a refrigerant circulation circuit 1 in which a refrigerant discharged from a compressor 3 is circulated sequentially through a four-way valve 4, an outdoor exchanger 5, a decompression mechanism, a regenerative heat exchanger 10, the four-way valve 4 and the compressor 3 to regenerate heat by a heat storage tank 9 and a regenerative material circulation circuit 2 to circulate a regenerative material with heat stored in the heat storage tank 9 to a room unit 20. The regenerative material circulation circuit 2 is provided with an auxiliary heat exchanger 11 in parallel with the regenerative heat exchanger 10.
