<p>PURPOSE:To prevent breakage of a window glass and also to fit a frame body to the circumferential edge shape of the window glass and to attach it by arranging a dummy body in a forming mold and forming the frame body such as a gasket and a molding by injection molding and thereafter detaching the frame body from the dummy body and attaching it to the window glass. CONSTITUTION:A dummy body 8 having a circumferential edge part of the same shape as a window glass 1 is arranged between a core 3 and a cavity 4 of a forming mold 5. The cavity spaces 6 are formed to the circumferential edge part of the dummy body 8 by clamping the core 3 and the cavity 4. Then the material of a gasket is injected to the cavity spaces 6 through a gate 7 and solidified to form the gasket 2. In such a way, after the gasket 2 is formed to the circumferential edge part of the dummy body 8, the core 3 and the cavity 4 of the mold 5 are opened to take out the dummy body 8 and the gasket 2. Then the gasket 2 is detached from the dummy body 8 and thereafter inserted into the circumferential edge part of the window glass 1 and fitted thereto.</p> |
