PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove a clip from a panel without damaging the clip by rotating the clip and perform repeated use thereof. SOLUTION: This clamp consists of a stem 11, and a pair of flexible lock arms 12 and 12 in an inverted V-shape. A lock step part 13 formed at the tip of each flexible lock arm 12 comprises a clip 10 locked at the mounting hole Q of a panel P; and a mounting part 20 having the clip 10 arranged in a protruding state and mounting a amber to be assembled being assembled to the panel P.
