PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant volatilizing amount without any influence of a temperature change in surroundings. SOLUTION: A plug member 3 is inserted and fixed in the opening part 2 of a container 1, and the opening part 2 is tightly sealed. A pressing member 5 is fixed to the opening part 2 of the container 1 so as to press the plug member 3 in the internal direction of the container 1. A volatilizing member 8 made of a liquid absorbing material is fixed to the pressing member 5, a weight 4 is mounted on the upper part of the plug member 3, and the weight 4 and the volatilizing member 8 are connected to each other by a suction member 9 made of a liquid absorbing material. The vaporizing area of the volatilizing member 8 is set such that the vaporizing amount of the member 8 at a minimum temperature for use coincides with the maximum suction amount of the suction member 9. Even if the vaporizing amount of the volatilizing member 8 per unit area is increased by a temperature change, since the volatilizing area of the entire volatilizing member 8 is reduced, no increase occurs in the volatilizing amount of the entire volatilizing member 8, and a constant medicine strength is provided. |
