<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a substrate connector, wherein a connector housing can be mounted onto a circuit substrate from a direction whereby mounting will be easy, and there is no fear of making any scratches or burrs on conductors at the circuit substrate side. <P>SOLUTION: A rectangular-shaped notch 11 is formed on the side edge section of a circuit substrate 10, and a side edge at the center of that notch is made to be a terminal-array side-edge section 11a, and the remaining side edges of the notch, which are opposite of each other, are made to be connector housing supporting side-edge sections 11b. Multiple terminals 13 protruded parallel towards the outside are arranged on the terminal-array side-edge section. Meanwhile, terminal accommodating slots 23, into which the terminals 13 are to be accommodated when mounting the connector housing 20, which has a size that fits into the notch 11, onto the notch 11 from above the notch 11, are formed on the bottom face of the connector housing 20, and the terminals 13 are accommodated in each of the terminal accommodating slots 23 by fitting the connector housing 20 into the notch 11, and this configures a substrate connector M that uses the terminals 13 as connector terminals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
