PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable surgical scissors to be used in surgical microdiscision or fine discission, by positioning insulating parts on parts of first and second cutting blades and expanding insulating parts up to insides of first and second cutting parts. SOLUTION: Tenotomy scissors have a first handle 102 and second handle 104 and cutting blades 102a and 104a are positioned on each distal end part. Handles 102 and 104 turn around a pivot screw 106 so that blades 102a and 104a mutually cooperate to constitute scissors. Insulation coating films 108 are expanded to the distal position toward the tip end areas 110 of blades 102a and 104a. Cutting edges of cutting blades 102a and 104a are ground to make cutting parts of cutting blades 102a and 104a. The ranges of insulation parts 108 are extended up to the insides of cutting parts of the cutting blades 102a and 104a to give insulation to blades 102a and 104a except cutting edges. |
