PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely perform suction through the pressing of a tube and the pressing and release of the tube, by means of a difference in the operating direction of a second support member, by providing the second support member with a rotation limiting part for limiting the range of rotation of a first support member. SOLUTION: This device has an elastic tube 2, a guide member 1 on which the tube 2 is mounted, a pressing member 3 pressing a part of the tube 2 against the guide member 1, a first support member 4 supporting the pressing member 3, and a second support member 5 supporting the first support member 4, and the second support member 5 is provided with a rotation limiting part 5c limiting the range of rotation of the first support member 4. After the first support member 4 is rotated in the direction to abut on the rotation limiting part 5c, the rotation of the first support member 4 is limited by the rotation limiting part 5c by means of the advance of the second support member 5 in a predetermined direction to ensure that the tube 2 is pressed by the pressing member 3. The advance of the second support member 5 in the opposite direction to the predetermined direction causes the first support member 4 to rotate in the direction to leave the rotation limiting part 5c, thus releasing the tube 2 from the state of being pressed by the pressing member 3. |
