PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for a pneumatic tire capable of vulcanizing and molding a tire having peripheral grooves arranged at a narrow mutual interval provided to its tread surface without generating bear trouble, an excessive rubber and trial and error. SOLUTION: In a mold for vulcanizing and molding a pneumatic tire having a tread part wherein peripheral grooves forming a pair are arranged in close vicinity to each other, the spaced-apart distance in the inner peripheral surface 22 of the mold between the mutual ribs forming a pair of the mold 2 forming a pair of the peripheral grooves is 15 mm or less and the vent holes 28 communicating with the inner peripheral surface of the mold between a pair of the mutual ribs 23, 24 from the outside of the mold are arranged on the circumference of the inner peripheral surface at an almost equal interval and the mutual distance between the adjacent vent holes is 50-300 mm. |
